Master in Clinical Psychology from the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada (Lisbon, Portugal), recognized by the Order of Portuguese Psychologists in the same specialty and in the subspecialties of Community Psychology and Early Intervention, and PhD student in Family Psychology at the University of Extremadura (Spain).

Technical Director and Psychologist at CPEEF - Psychology Center and Studies in Education and Family (Lisbon); Clinical Psychologist since 1999 in several clinical, school and organizational contexts (public and private) as well as facilitator/mediator of support groups for Couples, Parents and Teachers/Educators; Supervisor of professional internships by the Order of Portuguese Psychologists.

Trainer, certified by IEFP and CCPFC, teaching since 1998 various training courses for trainers, teachers and other target audiences in the field of psychology in general, relational skills, personal and behavioral development and human Resources.

Coordinator and mentor of the school mediation project “INSPIRA AÇÃO - School Mediation on Human Rights”, in collaboration with EAPN Portugal – European Anti-Poverty Network. and mentor of a program and a support group for parents and ex-couples called "Divorce by Positiva".
